Matsoukas Organic Olive Oil
comes from organically grown olives.

It is produced according to the principles of organic farming with specific rules and practices, based on fertilization, disease control, tree arrangement and orientation in the olive grove and pruning.

The olives are harvested only with state-of-the-art mechanical means, the fruit is not bruised or damaged and the oiling is done the same day in an approved and certified unit, resulting in the best quality and extremely low acidity.

 

The use of chemical or other inorganic fertilizers, aerial spraying, the use of pesticides, herbicides and insecticides is prohibited.

An approved control and standardization organization carries out checks at all stages of cultivation, production and bottling in order to confirm and grant the certificate of organic origin.

Agoureleo is extracted first by squeezing the olives when they are still green (immature). Beside its low acidity, agoureleo is richer in omega3 and 6 fats.

Organic extra virgin olive oil of the Koroneiki variety, with tastes of tomato plant-green banana and strong aromas of Olive leafs and green almond.

 

Packaging

What sets matsoukas organic olive oil is that oiling is done on the same day after 2-3 hours from the collection of the fruit, mechanically with the latest technology means, in a period that is decided after continuous check of the quality and content of the olive fruit.

Premium Agoureleo Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Early harvest (Sept-Oct) Agoureleo is extracted first by squeezing the olives when they are still green (immature). Beside its low acidity, agoureleo is richer in omega3 and 6 fats. Pharmaceutical substances found in it have antinflammatory, antioxidant, cardio protective and neuro protective properties. Among the benefits agoureleo offers to health are reduction of the LDL cholesterol in blood thus helping in good artery function and avoiding thrombosis. Moreover it reduces blood pressure, enchances the well being of the brain and bone construction, especially in children, since it enchances the absorbtion of calcium. Because of its concenctration in vitamin E, it helps aging smoothly which is a neccessity of the elderly.It is characterized by its fresh green taste and intense peppery aftertaste with special aromas and a balanced bitter and spicy character.Available only in 250ml dark glass bottle with safety cap.
