Mission & Vision
Our company was established in 2011 after 40 years of various agricultural pursuits by the late Petros Matsoukas and is now mainly engaged in the cultivation of olive trees and the production of organic extra virgin olive oil.
The olive trees are cultivated according to the principles of organic farming with specific rules and practices, based on which fertilization, disease control, tree arrangement, pruning and orientation are carried out in the privately owned olive groves.
Organic Olive Oil
Matsoukas Organic Olive Oil comes from the olives produced in our organic cultivation. The use of chemical or other inorganic fertilizers, aerial spraying, the use of pesticides, herbicides and insecticides is prohibited.
What sets Matsoukas Organic Olive Oil apart is that the olives are picked with the latest technology mechanically, they are not pitted and the fruit is not injured. Oil Extraction is done on the same day in an approved and certified unit in cold pressing, resulting in the best quality and low acidity.
The authentic taste of THE ORGANIC by Matsoukas olive oil, based on Mediterranean Climate and Koroneiki variety, is one of the main elements of the excellent quality for our daily nutritional needs. The daily use of extra virgin olive oil becomes a shield for the human body.
An approved control and standardization organization conducts control at all stages of cultivation, production and bottling, in order to confirm and grant Matsoukas Organic Olive Oil a certificate of organic origin.
